Ingredients
1
Large head of cabbage
(green, red or small head of each)
6
tbsp
butter, unsalted
1 1/2
tsp
salt
1
tsp
pepper
Instructions
Cut cabbage into roughly 1-inch square pieces.
Add butter to a large pot over medium-high heat. When melted, add cabbage, salt, and pepper. Stir well to work butter through leaves.
Cover and cook about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender. Serve warm.
Notes
I used green cabbage today, but you can use red cabbage or a mixture of both.
Love garlic in everything? (I do!!) Stir in 4 cloves of minced garlic with your raw cabbage. Mmmm!!!
